matte black finish with metallic accents

clean smooth surface matching surrounding texture

Key Features

Flux Kontext is specifically designed for inpainting — it has a deep understanding of context around the masked area. This means edits blend naturally with the unmasked portions of the image, rather than looking like a patch.
The canvas editor lets you zoom in for pixel-precise masking. This matters for complex edits like isolating a product from its shadow or masking around curved surfaces.
All mask strokes are tracked with full undo/redo support. Experiment freely — you can always step back through your mask editing history.

Pro Tips

Prompt the Context, Not Just the Replacement

Don’t just describe the new element — describe it in the context of the image: blue color
product in matte navy blue finish, same studio lighting, sharp edges

Use Safety Tolerance

For complex edits, the safety tolerance can be adjusted (0-2) to allow more creative interpretation vs. strict adherence to the surrounding context.

Iterate

Start with Flux Kontext Pro for speed. Only upgrade to Max for the final version you’re satisfied with.
