The Meeting Dashboard at meeting.wrldwide.ai is a separate client application behind the shared WRLDWIDE login. It is not included with every engagement.

Authorized Users Can See

• Current calls and transcript status
• Meeting summaries and decisions
• Action items and change requests
• Approvals and deployment status
• Access issues and blockers
• Client-safe project activity
• Project chatbot and included Voice Assistant access
• English and Simplified Chinese controls

Meeting access is enforced by project membership. A project-specific user sees only the assigned project. Mixed access requires explicit membership, and future clients do not inherit existing client access. The Activity timeline uses client-safe wording. It does not show credentials, private source code, raw logs, or internal implementation details.
