> Client-safe roles for using WRLDWIDE AI across dashboards, reviews, and project workspaces.

# Roles And Access

WRLDWIDE AI uses one shared sign-in with membership-based access.

| Role     | Responsibility                                                   |
| -------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Owner    | Sets priorities and approves sensitive decisions.                |
| Reviewer | Reviews work within assigned product and project scopes.         |
| Client   | Views licensed products, outcomes, proof, requests, and reports. |
| Operator | Maintains approved services and verifies delivery.               |

Automation Dashboard access does not automatically grant Meeting Dashboard or Voice Assistant access. Meeting and Voice links appear only when included in membership. Project scope is enforced on the server. A user assigned to one client cannot see another, and revoked or expired access must stop working.
