# Meeting Dashboard

The Meeting Dashboard at [meeting.wrldwide.ai](https://meeting.wrldwide.ai/) is a separate client application behind the shared WRLDWIDE login. It is not included with every engagement.

## Authorized Users Can See

* Current calls and transcript status
* Meeting summaries and decisions
* Action items and change requests
* Approvals and deployment status
* Access issues and blockers
* Client-safe project activity
* Project chatbot and included Voice Assistant access
* English and Simplified Chinese controls

Meeting access is enforced by project membership. A project-specific user sees only the assigned project. Mixed access requires explicit membership, and future clients do not inherit existing client access.

The Activity timeline uses client-safe wording. It does not show credentials, private source code, raw logs, or internal implementation details.
