# Quick Video

A streamlined video generation tool with a simpler interface than the full Video Generator. Enter a prompt, optionally upload an image, select a model and duration, and generate.

## How to Use

    Choose from the full list of video models (defaults to Luma Dream Machine)

    Describe what you want to see in the video
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload Image (Optional)">
    For image-to-video models, upload a reference image to animate
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Duration">
    Choose 5 seconds (8 credits) or 10 seconds (16 credits)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Generate">
    Click **Generate** — processing takes 2–5 minutes
  </Step>

## Model Selection

Quick Video gives you access to the full list of video models from [Video Generation](/en/features/video-generation). The default model is **Luma Dream Machine** (cinematic image-to-video).
