# Compare Models

Run the same prompt across multiple AI image models simultaneously and compare results side-by-side. Find the best model for your specific use case without switching between pages.

## Overview

The Model Comparison tool lets you:

* Select 2–4 models to run in parallel
* Use quick presets for common comparison scenarios
* Write a custom prompt once, run across all selected models
* Configure aspect ratio and resolution per comparison
* Download winner images directly
* See generation time for each model

## Quick Presets

Pre-configured model combinations for common comparison scenarios:

| **Product Photo**  | Seedream 4.5, Flux 2 Pro, Recraft V3      | Best model for clean product photography     |

| **Logo Design**    | Ideogram 3, GPT-4o Image, Nano Banana Pro | Best for logo concepts and text-heavy design |

## How to Use

  <Step title="Select Models or Use Preset">
    Either:

    * Click a **Quick Preset** to auto-select 3 relevant models
    * Manually select 2–4 models from the full 12-model list
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write Your Prompt">
    Enter the prompt you want to test. The same prompt will run across all selected models:

    ```

  <Step title="Configure Settings">
    * **Aspect Ratio:** Choose the ratio relevant to your use case
    * **Resolution:** 1K (fast comparison), 2K (quality comparison)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Run Comparison">
    Click **Generate**. All models run simultaneously. Results appear as each model completes — faster models show first.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Compare and Pick Winner">
    Review the results side-by-side. A timer shows how long each model took. Download the winning image or generate more from that model.

## Model Status Cards

Each comparison slot shows:

* **Model name and icon**
* **Status:** Pending → Processing → Completed / Failed
* **Generation time** (in seconds)
* **Trophy icon** to mark the winner
* **Download button** for completed images
* **Error message** if generation failed

## Use Cases

### Finding Your Default Model

Run 3–4 models on a typical prompt from your workflow. Identify which consistently gives you the best results for your content type. Set that as your default.

### Prompt Validation

Before running a batch job on 50 products, use Compare to validate your prompt is generating the right style across multiple models. Catch prompt issues before spending batch credits.

### Client Presentations

Run the same client brief across multiple models and present the best 2–3 options. Faster than generating sequentially and shows range.

### Testing New Models

When new models are added (e.g., SD 3.5, Bria 3.2, HiDream I1), run them against your existing benchmark prompts to calibrate whether they improve on your current go-to model.
