# Controls And Reviews

Clients can request changes and review work without access to private implementation details.

## Controls

Request a topic or source change, pause an included publishing service, request review, request a fix, open safe proof, or export an available report. Every control must produce a real action or a clear unavailable state.

## Lifecycle

| State           | Meaning                                                  |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Active          | Recorded and still needs work.                           |
| In Progress     | Work is underway.                                        |
| Awaiting Review | Checks or approval are pending.                          |
| Fixed           | A correction passed required checks.                     |
| Resolved        | The verified result is complete and retained in history. |
| Dismissed       | Duplicate, irrelevant, or no action required.            |
| Blocked         | An identified external dependency prevents progress.     |

A client-visible resolved state requires passing checks or explicit review. Public proof must not expose private systems, credentials, logs, or source code.
