> How credits work and pricing for each feature

# Credits System

WRLDWIDE AI uses a credit-based system. Each feature costs a specific number of credits based on computational resources and model costs.

## Credit Allocations by Plan

All video models use a flat per-duration cost:

**Special cases:**

* AI Avatar (Kling 2.6): Standard = 8 credits, Pro = 16 credits
* UGC Pipeline adds \~8 credits overhead (scrape + score + script + voice) on top of video cost

### Social Media Creator (200 credits/month)

**Monthly Content:**

* 20 social graphics (Ideogram 1K) — 20 credits
* 15 video clips (5s) — 120 credits
* 30 upscales (Recraft) — 30 credits
* 30 background removals — 30 credits

**Total:** 200 credits

### Marketing Agency (600 credits/month)

**Monthly Content:**

* 100 product images (2K) — 200 credits
* 20 product videos (10s) — 320 credits
* 50 background removals — 50 credits
* 30 upscales — 30 credits

## Best Practices for Credit Optimization

* **Next Billing Date:** When credits renew

### Credit Renewal

**Subscription Plans:**

* Credits renew on your billing date
* Unused credits expire (don't roll over)
* Bonus credits added for promotions

**Pay-As-You-Go:**

* Credits never expire
* Buy more anytime

### Running Out of Credits

**Options:**

1. **Upgrade Plan** — Get more monthly credits
2. **Buy Additional Credits** — Pay-as-you-go
3. **Wait for Renewal** — Subscription credits renew monthly
4. **Optimize Usage** — Use cost-saving tips above

## Refunds & Issues

### Credit Refunds

Credits are refunded if:

* **Generation fails** due to system error
* **Quality issues** caused by platform (not user input)
* **Duplicate charges** for same generation

Credits are **not refunded** for:

* User dissatisfaction with results (subjective)
* Incorrect prompts or settings
* Normal generation variance
