# AI Project Manager

# AI Project Manager

The AI Project Manager turns authorized client conversations into structured project requests. It collects project context, affected areas, evidence, expected results, urgency, and approval requirements.

## Request States

* Active
* In Progress
* Awaiting Review
* Fixed
* Resolved
* Dismissed
* Blocked

Duplicate requests update one record. Fixed, resolved, and dismissed requests leave the active queue and remain in history.

Users select English or Chinese before starting. Enter sends a chat message and Shift+Enter creates a new line. Development work is tracked, while private credentials, prompts, source code, and implementation details stay outside client responses.

Low-risk presentation changes can move after automated checks. Authentication, access, data, billing, legal claims, credentials, and production changes require stronger review before being presented as resolved.
